Hem Ratanak Travel is seeking an experience Tour Operator. Duties are:
- Plan, create, arrange and operate tour and travel programs.
- Organize vacation and holidays packages
- Coordinating and negotiating with airlines, hotels, ground transportation services, tour guides and sightseeing providers, restaurants and other similar businesses.
- Provide advice on sightseeing and shopping activities
- Evaluate services rendered on tours and report any problems to supervisor and resolve any problems with accommodations
- Preparing marketing brochures, updating website content and making on-site visits to hotels and other destinations to verify its suitability for inclusion in a tour package.
- Business development in tour & travel market
- Attending local/domestic/international tradeshows
- Create/maintain weekly/monthly sales and activity reports
- Pick up clients from airport
- Responsible for all communications with Tour & Travel Markets, including rates, updates, new products, etc.
- Create reports on newly created business/customers etc.
- Traveling to and from Phnom Penh and Koh Kong
